Yoshito Ebisawa has been teaching and consulting for various marching bands throughout Japan since 1990 and currently resides in Kanagawa, Japan. Yoshito joined the staff of the Drum Corps (Spirit of Atlanta) and studied music at UCLA from 1989 to 1990. He became a Japan Marching Band and Baton Twirling AssOCiation Certified Instructor in 1990. He has been taking charge of color guard and drum major courses in the annual central camp of the assOCiation. Additionally, he is an active marching coordinator for the Japan Air Self Defense Force Central Band and was cited for his accomplishments in 2011, at the 50th anniversary of the band. He has also taught 'The Gryphons' in Kyoto, and several school bands ranging from elementally schools to community bands in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
